Each piece of equipment listed will display its current availability status. This allows you to easily select the equipment that meets your needs and is available for the dates you require.

To add a piece of equipment to your reservation, first ensure you have an account and are logged in. Then, select the equipment you wish to rent, and you'll see the option to add it to your cart. Please note that you can add only one piece of equipment per reservation. If you need multiple items, you will need to make separate reservations for each piece.

After selecting your equipment, proceed to the checkout page. Here, you'll need to create and have your account verified. Once your account is verified, you can pay the deposit through Stripe, our secure payment gateway. Follow the prompts to enter your payment details and complete the transaction.

After completing your reservation and payment, you will need to submit all required forms as part of the rental agreement. Please ensure you read and complete all forms attached to our terms and conditions. Once filled, submit these forms to rentals@ptls.tech. It's important to include all necessary information and attachments to ensure a smooth rental process. This will only need to be completed on your first reservation with us.

No, you can only reserve one piece of equipment at a time on a single order. If you need to rent additional equipment, you can make a separate reservation for each piece of equipment, but they cannot be combined into a single order. This way, we can accommodate your needs while also serving all our customers efficiently.
